Jeanice Lee talks with Shannah Jarc, Executive Director of Vertical Sports Maui, about how sports can help youth find belonging, stability, and faith. What began more than 15 years ago as Basketball Maui has grown into a multi-sport ministry serving children ages 5–14 across the island. Through clinics, leagues, and a large summer sports camp that reaches hundreds of kids, Vertical Sports Maui provides a safe and encouraging environment, for families and even those recovering after the Maui wildfires.
