Phil O'Bryan talks with Alex Goeller with Wasteless Solutions about how they strive to rescue food that would otherwise go to waste. Goeller explains how volunteers pick up perfectly good food that was not used for one reason or another from restaurants, grocers and events. Goeller also talks about their prepared meals program, mobile markets and education classes that teach people how to store and not waste food.
