Mentoring and positive role models in the lives of youth are needed more than ever in many communities today, and Partners in Routt County is leading the way in providing mentors and adults to provide needed time spent with young people across the county. Partners has the Inspire program, school-based and Community-based programs to match mentors with mentees and have an effective role in helping them navigate the minefield of becoming an adult. Dan Beck talks with the Program Director about how they work and the great outcomes for the mentor, the mentee and the mentee's family through the ripple effect of what everyone can learn about relationships.
