With over 23 years in ministry and two decades of counseling experience, Pastor Clayton desires to bring a unique blend of pastoral insight, emotional discernment, and spiritual wisdom to everything he does. His work has spanned leadership development, church planting, creating healthy organizational culture, and guiding others through life’s most challenging seasons — all rooted in the belief that people are made with deep purpose by a loving and intentional God.

Beyond ministry, Pastor Clayton is also a custom furniture builder, someone who finds joy in shaping raw materials into something beautiful and lasting. That same craftsmanship shows up in his passion for helping others discover their spiritual gifts and God-given design. He believes that everyone has a role in God’s story, and he’s committed to helping people uncover it with clarity, compassion, and grace.
