Joel Reagan spoke with Dan Kenel, Executive Director Alcohol and Drug Dependency Services of Southeast Iowa. This nonprofit organization is based in Burlington and has locations in Wapello and Keokuk. Kenel spoke extensively about programs to combat drug and alcohol abuse as well as gambling addiction.
