Kindra Ponzio talks with Elisa Robles, Volunteer Shift Leader, All About Equine. Robles shares the story of how big the need is and how they formed the organization. She says that they rescue horses that are abandoned, or abused, saving them from being euthanized.
Robles says that these gentle giants are rehabilitated, some for adoption and many kept as sanctuary horses to be used for education and therapy. She says these horses are free to roam over 60 acres.
