Kindra Ponzio talks with Sage Wolf, Director of Integrated Health, Building Bridges. Wolf talks about the housing crisis and what they are doing to help by providing day and night shelter for the unsheltered. She says they also provide many resources to help with ss cards, IDs, allowing mail to be delivered for them, temporary and permanent housing resources, etc. Wolf say it is a great way to stay connected with the unsheltered sometimes being the only constant communication with the folks.
