Ron Turner speaks with Dave Mickelson, Executive Vice President of Operations at the Camden County Regional Chamber of Commerce in Cherry Hill which assists local businesses. Mickelson explains how needs of retail start-ups will be different than a service-type business, in terms of options for growth. He describes how the pandemic shifted the face of business as many people have gone remote which takes the workers away from the population centers, increasing the service/delivery channel to increase. Mickelson says the focus for the future is to figure out what the “New Normal” is going to be for the diverse businesses and to pivot to ensure success.
