Jim Davis speaks with Olivia Palmer, Library Assistant for the Cape Charles Memorial Library. The library has had several locations in Cape Charles, with the current home being a former bank. Palmer shares about the library’s history as well as the many services they offer to patrons. She also explains their online offerings, their various programs for adults and children and the library’s computer accessibility and public Wi-Fi. Finally, Palmer shares the story of a group of siblings doing genealogy research that made an impact on her.
