Lexy Smith speaks with Donna McBride the Supervisor for the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Pinal County. McBride shares how CASAs look at children in the Foster Care system as a whole person so they can speak on their behalf. McBride explains the difference between a CASA and Guardian ad litem. McBride shares stories of children who have come through the system including one girl who aged out of the system and ended up adopting her siblings.
