Phil O'Bryan talks with Rebecca Stewart, Executive Director of the Domestic Abuse Family Shelter, about domestic violence and sexual abuse. Stewart explains how they can assist those facing danger in a relationship by providing counseling and shelter for the victim and their pet. Tucker also talks about the characteristics of the abuser in a relationship and how children are affected as well as the spouse.
