Joel Reagan spoke with Karen Holt, Executive Director of East Texas CASA. CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate. These volunteers help children in foster care as they go through the court system. Ms. Holt spoke about the training and process of CASA volunteers. She also spoke about the impact these volunteers make on the children and the cases.
