Sarah Shaver talks with Rhonda Pick, Executive Director of Family Crisis Resource Center in Cumberland, assisting victims and survivors of intimate partner and domestic violence, child abuse, and stalking with free services, and working to reduce these crimes in the community of Cumberland, Bedford, and Mineral counties. Pick says there are different types of domestic and intimate partner abuse. She discusses common misconceptions about domestic abuse, the FCRC’s many services, and how we can be allies to abuse and violence victims.
