Felipe Aguilar talked with Melissa Rodriguez, Executive Director, Hayes-Caldwell Women’s Center (HCWC). HCWC serves Hayes and Caldwell counties by providing shelter, support services, and counseling to victims of domestic abuse. Rodriguez tells us why domestic violence is a Public Safety issue and identifies “red flags” that may indicate a person may be stepping into a potentially violent relationship.
