Ron Turner talks with Derek Boulware, Chief Executive Officer at Housing First in Mobile Alabama regarding the homeless population and how they are counted for National and Local reporting. Boulware discusses how there are many reasons for homelessness and how the trends change from region to region. Boulware describes the various programs available for veterans and civilians that tap into government funding as well as private funding all in the hopes to end homelessness in Mobile and Baldwin counties.
