Phil O'Bryan talks with Tori Plennes, Executive Director with Jackson Hole Therapeutic Riding, about the benefits of adaptive riding for those with disabilities. This includes veterans who are suffering from post traumatic stress disorder. Jackson Hole Therapeutic Riding also provides services through occupational therapy which is covered by insurance.
