Jeanice Lee talks to Executive Director of Kids Hurt Too, Walker Rowsey. Kids Hurt Too offers a free safe place for children & youth that are struggling with grief and trauma, ages 2 and up as well as support for their caregivers/parents. Rowsey says their goal is to give people a safe place to share and to be heard. They offer a school-based program statewide, peer support groups, crisis intervention, mentor activities, and work force development for kids specifically in the foster care system.
