Felipe Aguilar talked with Lucy Begay, Executive Director of La Vida Felicidad. La Vida Felicidad provides Early Childhood Intervention Services to children in Cibola and Valencia Counties. Begay discusses why the early years of a child’s life are critical to their growth and development and why early intervention is important if problems are detected. Begay also describes common “warning signs” that will alert parents of potential child development problems and how La Vida Felicidad programs addresses development problems.
