Jeanice Lee talks to Laurelee Blanchard the Founder and President of Leilani Farm Sanctuary. Blanchard talks about why she started the sanctuary, takes us on a virtual tour of the grounds, and describes the property to be a tropical paradise where cats, donkeys, guinea pigs, deer, and various rescued farm animals live in harmony. These animals have been rescued from slaughter and hunters. Anyone can take a personal tour and hear each animal’s story. Blanchard says she has seen how the sanctuary has changed peoples lives and hearts. Volunteers are welcome, you can sponsor an animal and/or book at tour. Visit (LeilaniFarmSanctuary.org) or call 808-298-8544.
