Monika Kelly speaks to Dr. Fredrica Singletary, Senior Director, Residential and Corporate Programs, Mercy Multiplied Nashville. Mercy was founded in 1983 by Nancy Alcorn after working in the juvenile justice system and with child protective services and seeing far too many of the same women end up in corrections as adults. Mercy's first women's residential home was opened in Louisiana. Their program is voluntary, biblically-based, and free-of-charge for women ages 13-32; their outpatient services are free-of-charge for women ages 13 and older; and their Outreach Services offer multiple resources online and onsite designed to equip men and women of all ages to live free and stay free in Jesus Christ.
