Rafael Sierra talks with David Bain, Executive Director of NAMI Sacramento. NAMI Sacramento serves the greater Sacramento, CA area, providing support, community, education and resources to individuals living with mental illness. Bain says their mission is to improved the lives of people who live with mental illness and the family members of those who live with mental illness. He describes their services which include resources for adults living with mental illness, presentations, a transitional age support group, support for family members and caregivers, a Provider Education class and more.
