Dan Beck talks with the President and Founder of OCJ Kids, Gary Webb. There are around 15,000 children in the foster care system here in Arizona and for those who are aging out at 18, there's a 50-50 chance they will be homeless or incarcerated within 12 months. OCJ Kids is helping prepare these kids for adulthood with emotional support, job and educational support, proper paperwork and spiritual guidance.
