Kindra Ponzio talks with Jules Beer, Rescue Coordinator for Pupz N Palz Rescue. Beer shares how important it is to spay, neuter, vaccinate and microchip our pets. She talks about the health benefits of spay and neutering, and the ability to find the owners quickly when microchipped. Beer also talks about being a foster for animals that need temporary shelter, especially large dogs. She also share what it means to be a responsible pet owner.
