Jack Church spoke with Colisha Stanford, Executive Director for StepUp Ministry based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Stanford talked about how Step Up is a three step program for individuals looking to improve their lives both economically and mentally. The program starts with helping the individual get a job, followed by education on good budgeting and getting stable housing with the final step being able to help grow an individual's career with more education and better communication skills.
