Felipe Aguilar talks with Kirsten Fosdick, Director of The Saddle Light Center, about how Therapeutic Riding and Hippotherapy can help children and adults with disabilities to regain their confidence, mobility, and emotional well-being. Fosdick describes the differences and benefits of both Therapeutic Riding and Hippotherapy. She also describes the qualities that make for a good therapy horse and how close bonds can be formed between the horses and people.
