Kindra Ponzio talks with Major David Pierce, of the Salvation Army Fresno ARC. Pierce tells how the addiction program helps the community by restoring people to their families, community and such. He talks about how addiction works and why so many people fail in remaining clean and productive. Pierce also shares how the brokenness needs to be healed in order to move forward and to regain confidence and self worth.
