Sarah Shaver spoke with Second Harvest Food Bank of Mahoning Valley's Executive Director Michael Iberis. Iberis spoke about the food bank's humble beginnings as a community project by concerned citizens. He explained how the bank's food is sourced and distributed through agencies to the counties they serve. Iberis also discussed the growing number of school food pantries and mobile pantries. Second Harvest also has an education initiative that teaches good nutrition and cooking skills.
