Lexy Smith speaks with Deleice Ward, Co-Director for the Payette Public Library. The library has been around since the 1930’s and is still serving its city members with free materials. Ward details unique items you can use onsite like 3-D pens and a printer as well as Kindles for checkout. Ward explains the importance of early literacy.
