Jack Church talks with Mandy Memmel, Founder and Executive Director for "The Well". The Well is located in the Curtis Bay area of Baltimore, Maryland where it works with women who have survived lives of abuse, generational poverty, exploitation, and addiction. Memmel said through a wide range of programs offered, "The Well" helps put the women back on track for lives that thrive and grow. In addition to what "The Well" provides, the organization helped develop Hon's Honey, a workforce development program and social enterprise of The Well, which helps restore dignity and purpose to women survivors.
