Joel Reagan spoke with Danette Morgan with LSI (Lutheran Services of Iowa) and their foster and adoption programs. LSI contracts with the state of Iowa to handle the western part of Iowa which includes the city of license. Morgan spoke about the need for foster parents for children in the system due to abuse or neglect and outlined the process and training these parents receive.
