Lexy Smith speaks with Carlecia Bell, Executive Director for Phenomenal She located in Federal Way and serving southern King County. Phenomenal She has been serving southern King County since 2018. Bell shares the reasons for needing mentors for teens girls of color and the importance of needing someone who understands first-hand what they are going through to talk to.
