Lexy Smith speaks with Maurice Johnson, the Director of Operations for Three Square Food Bank, located in Las Vegas. Three Square has been serving Southern Nevada since 2007. Johnson details the ways the Food Bank rescues food that would otherwise go to waste. Johnson explains several programs that are offered for seniors including one that is offered through the library system, where they can meet and socialize with other seniors.
