Jeanice Lee talks to Dr. Yolanda Roberts, Executive Director of Victor Valley Domestic Violence “A Better Way," serving men and women escaping domestic violence. Some stats show up to 20 people per min. are abused by an intimate partner in the United States. Dr. Roberts says A Better Way offers a 24-hr. emergency safehouse, counseling, anger management and peer support. All services are free for in-house clients and people in the community.
