Frequently Asked Questions About the Exclusive K-LOVE "Thank You" T-Shirt
Question: How do I order my T-shirt size?
Answer: T-shirt size selection will be made via email, so please make sure you have access to your inbox, and that you have a current email address on file with us. T-shirt size emails will be sent out by the beginning of May. To ensure you receive our emails, please add hello@klove.com and klove@klove.com to your address book. Be sure to check each folder of your email.
Question: What do I need to do to have my T-shirt shipped to my address?
Answer: Please log in to your My Account to verify that you have an address on file with us and that it is correct. If you do not have an account with us yet, please create one by visiting donor.klove.com and following the instructions. This is where we will ship your free K-LOVE thank-you T-shirt.
Question: Who is eligible to receive a T-shirt?
Answer: Some generous K-LOVE donors have made it possible for us to gift a K-LOVE T-shirt to donors who make a gift of $30 a month or a one-time gift of $360 or more; or two (2) T-shirts to donors who make a gift of $60 a month or more or a one-time gift of $720 or more. This is communicated only by email so check your giving account and make sure your email address is correct.
Question: We give as a family, can everyone get a T-shirt or can we purchase these on our own?
Answer: We love our K-LOVE family donors! This time we have some limits based on inventory, and we're not able to offer a store to purchase extra shirts. The current limit is two (2) shirts per household.
Question: What is the cutoff date to fill out the form with my T-shirt size, and what if I miss the date?
Answer: We recommend filling out the form as soon as you can. The last day to fill out the form to submit your T-shirt size is May 6, 2024.
Question: When will I receive my shirt?
Answer: Because shipping timelines vary, you should receive your shirt between July 22 - Aug. 4, 2024.
Question: If I claimed two shirts, should I receive them at the same time?
Answer: Commonly, T-shirt vendors fulfill orders based on size. It is very possible that you receive two shirts of different sizes at different times.
Question: What should I do if I haven't received my shirt?
Answer: You should receive your shirt by Aug. 4, 2024. If you have not received it by then, please email us here, and we'll look into it.
Question: I am located outside of the United States. Are shirts shipped internationally?
Answer: We love our K-LOVE family all over the globe! Unfortunately, we are limited by shipping constraints and cannot ship outside of the U.S. at this time.
Question: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
Answer: We are not able to offer size exchanges at this time. Please be sure to look at the measurements closely before making your size selection.
Question: What are the shirt measurements?
Answer: Size offerings are XS-3XL. (The size chart is below.) These are all unisex, adult sizes.
Question: What are the specs of the T-shirt?
Answer: These cream, unisex shirts are on 100% pre-shrunk cotton, with the words “K-LOVE On. World Off.” superimposed on the globe.
