Sleepless nights can be a source of stress, but they don’t have to be. When we’re up in the middle of the night, we have the perfect opportunity to come before God and bring Him our entire hearts and minds without any distractions. We can bring our fears, hopes, worries, and dreams before God, knowing that He will hear our every word.
If you’re feeling scared, you can pray for protection. As you navigate major life decisions, ask God to give you wisdom. Feeling anxious? Pray that the God of peace would give you peace. Come boldly before the throne of grace and receive every spiritual blessing and good gift from our wonderful Heavenly Father.
A Prayer of Protection
Almighty God,
Whenever I’m afraid, I know You are with me. Let Your strong right arm lift me up. Give me the strength I need as You bring me comfort through Your perfect love. If I wander, set me back on the path of righteousness. When I feel lost, draw me near. If I stumble, place me back on a firm foundation. Thank You for protecting me through all things.

Dear Lord,
Thank You for Your Holy Spirit who leads me into all truth. Renew my mind and change the way I think so that I can learn what your good and pleasing and perfect will is.
