Celebrate the holidays with the City of Elk Grove at the Illumination Holiday Festival on Saturday, December 2!  This 4th annual event includes everything you're looking for - shopping in a holiday vendor village (brought to you by River City Marketplace), wintery bounce houses, ice skating, holiday delicacies, carnival games, a giant snow globe, maybe a Santa sighting, the beloved Holiday Parade of Lights, and the lighting of the City's Ribbon Tree at 7pm sharp.

• 6:00pm - Holiday of Lights Parade around District56
• 7:00pm SHARP - Lighting of the City Ribbon Tree following the Parade
