“This song is for somebody who needs something turned around tonight,” Ben Fuller says with a smile under an overcast Colorado sky.
With emotion in his piercing blue eyes, Fuller delivers a performance of “Turn” with tenacity that rivals the studio version. A crowd of worshipers fill the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre with praise, singing lyrics like “I turn it all over, won’t You turn it around?” with hands raised.
Written with notable CCM songwriters Ethan Hulse and Jacob Sooter, “Turn” first arrived as a single in 2024 before appearing on Fuller’s sophomore album, “Walk Through Fire.” The vulnerable song, which depicts Fuller’s temptation to relapse after a devastating breakup, quickly became a fan favorite.
The Vermont native appeared alongside fellow K-LOVE artists Lauren Daigle, Tauren Wells, Josh Baldwin and Caleb & John. Couldn’t be there? Not to worry! We have more exclusive K-LOVE Live at Red Rocks performances coming soon.
