Kindra Ponzio talks to Scott Johnson, Founder and Mentor for Crown Valley Youth Ranch. Johnson talks about the need for mentoring our kids of all ages to instill hope for their future. He does this by having mentors at Crown Valley Youth Ranch that has horses, donkeys, goats and all kinds of animals and a craft barn where kids can make different crafts and also a garden. The garden has been a great addition for kids to be able to plant something and see it grow from their own hands. There are a lot of life and biblical lessons that are included in the time between the mentors and the kids. Johnson says they have several open house events throughout the year where families can come together and spend the day having fun. All the services are free to the kids.
