Phil O'Bryan visits with Carol Van Ness, Co-Founder & Executive Director of Disability Connections, who explains the services provided to those with developmental disabilities. Van Ness shares services including memberships to the local YMCA, workshops on various subjects as well as classes to expand their educational opportunities. Van Ness also shares ways that the community can assist those with disabilities.
