Phil O'Bryan visits with Caroline Hissong, Senior Communications & Marketing Manager about the need for food recovery in addressing food insecurity in Denver and the country. Hissong talks about how they are providing food through as many as 140 local nonprofit organizations in the Denver area. Hissong also explains that the majority of rescued food feeds children which is vital to their health as well as education.
