Emerson Day’s calling as an artist started at a young age. As a young girl, she would sit outside and play the guitar for hours, praising God on her family’s farm in southern Maryland. She continued to enjoy music as she grew up, spending time playing sports and going on to earn a degree in Homeland Security. But the artist’s passion for music never left her, and Day began to lead worship at her local church, which led to a decision point. She committed her career to pointing listeners to Jesus and started writing songs sharing themes of redemption and grace.
Since then, several of her songs have been in rotation on the radio, including a collaboration with K-LOVE artist, Micah Tyler.
