Jack Church spoke with Kyle Gorman, Executive Director for Advancement with the Evansville Rescue Mission. The Mission is the oldest and largest ministry of its kind in Evansville having served the community for over 100 years. Gorman talked about how the Mission will serve a quarter of a million meals and 56 thousand nights of shelter every year. At the present time the Mission serves men only for shelter but serves meals to men, women and children. Gorman said there are plans to open an additional facility in the near future that will also house women and children.
