Bob Dittman talked with Rita Whitaker, the Founder and Executive Director of Life Turning Point of Philadelphia on how they help women with children with homelessness and poverty obtain long term stability. Whitaker says some of the common threads for these women are their partners have abandoned them and they are out of work. They help women with job skills, etiquette skills, cooking and cleaning skills, and they have mentors available to help their children.
