Felipe Aguilar talked with Amber Gallup Rodriguez, Director Adult Education Division, New Mexico Higher Education Department. The Adult Education Division provides support to adults who desire to strengthen their literacy skills so they can achieve personal, academic, and career goals. Rodriguez also discusses challenges that adults with low levels of literacy face and opportunities to develop stronger literacy, numeracy, and digital skills through learning programs offered by the Adult Education Division.
