Kindra Ponzio talks with Shelley Trumbly, Founder and Exec Dir, Solid Ground Therapeutic Horse Back Riding. Trumbly shares some interesting stats about how the horse can sync our heartbeat with theirs and also feel what we are feeling inside. She talks about the therapeutic benefits for disabled folks, copying the gate of the human. Trumbly adds that they also have people that can't ride but they come out to brush or just love on the horses having a calming affect on both. She says they provide services to kids from 3 years old to 91, including kids, adults, vets and seniors.
