Jeanice Lee talks to Brittney Elizabeth Stoneburg, Collections & Communications Manager of the Western Science Center. She shares the fascinating story of how the Western Science Center was founded. Stoneburg describes them to be a natural history museum and scientific research institution which offers exhibits and programs with fossils and artifacts available for scientists to study for research purposes. Their hope when people visit is that they will understand science and the natural history of the area. They have permanent and temporary exhibits throughout the year, a mobile museum, and offer many educational programs and partnerships with schools. (WesternScienceCenter.org)
