Trans World Radio (TWR) continues to step up its service to Ukraine as the Russian attacks continue non-stop.

"Our broadcast team in Ukraine has been producing fresh programs each day. Despite the war going on around them, they are finding ways to record and produce biblical content that is responding the situation listeners are facing. It’s day-to-day, as we never know when their ability to produce will end. Their very lives are in danger and the infrastructure in Ukraine is diminishing.

We are beginning the process of writing and producing content in a variety of lengths for a number of platforms. Our biggest need is for Ukrainian translators, writers and speakers. We have a handful of people identified and have leads on others around the world.

I am grateful that God has given us the facilities to broadcast content into Ukraine and Russia from the outside. This is becoming the only way people are being reached with the gospel truth. Internet is being cut off in both countries, which has made that option increasingly difficult.

The Lord is opening up opportunities each day for distribution, both broadcast and online, as we are pursuing those. We hope to have these things finalized with key partners in the next week.

We are also developing our content strategy to minister to the Ukrainian refugees throughout Europe.

Please pray, as things change each day."  - Jon Fugler, TWR’s chief content officer

Meanwhile, Cru's "Jesus Film Project" reports:

Even before the fighting began, we had contracts to broadcast “JESUS” via radio into Ukraine and Russia.

Because of the dire situation, staff asked if the broadcast schedules could be accelerated, especially through Trans World Radio (TRW).

They immediately agreed to broadcast the “JESUS” film for the next few weeks. These broadcasts will be followed by many radio broadcasts to reach people in India and Asia, just before Easter. As you know, Easter is a time when non-Christians are more curious about Jesus, because we, as Christians, believe He was raised from the dead.

Urgently, we need to reach Ukrainian refugees who are being forced to leave most of their possessions behind. Wives, children, and parents are saying goodbye to husbands, fathers, and sons as the men remain to fight. But nearly everyone will keep their portable radios and cell phones for news, giving a new opportunity by which they can also hear the gospel.
