Oral Roberts University (ORU) is once again setting records, welcoming the largest freshman class in history. The Fall 2025 class marks not only the most first-year students ever but also the biggest Move-In Day on campus. Over the last six years, ORU has broadened its global impact, drawing students from all 50 states and 173 nations.

"This remarkable class embodies the impact ORU continues to have,” said Dr. William M. Wilson, President of ORU. "Young people are choosing ORU because they recognize something unique here—an experience that doesn't just prepare them academically, but develops their character, purpose, and leadership capacity. At ORU, we're not just educating the next generation; we're empowering them to create meaningful change worldwide."

This historic class is another milestone in ORU’s record-setting growth. Last spring, ORU’s enrollment surpassed 7,000 students for the first time ever, and in May, the University made history with its largest graduating class.

Campus expansion continues with Phase II of the Whole Leaders for the Whole World Campaign which will include a new student dining facility and residence halls. The grand opening is scheduled for Summer 2026.

Vice-president of Enrollment Management, Alison Vujnovic added, “ORU is experiencing the greatest growth in its history.  Beyond buildings and numbers, what excites us most is the opportunity to see this generation of students live with purpose and lead with integrity. There is still time to enroll at ORU. We are committed to making education affordable and accessible to students from all walks of life, and scholarships are still available.”

ORU extends a warm welcome to all incoming students and their families. The University remains committed to helping students discover their calling, excel academically, and make a lasting difference around the world.
