Will 2 tropical systems team up?

Forecasters are keeping a close watch on two tropical systems. One appears to have a potential course toward the U.S. East Coast. And there's some speculation that system may work in harmony with Humberto, which is a likely hurricane. If that happens, it's known as the 'Fujiwhara Effect,' sort of a tropical system dance.
