Felipe Aguilar talked with Dr. Jesse Bryson, President and Founder of the “I Will” Mentorship Foundation. The “I Will” Mentorship Foundation serves disadvantaged youth living in underserved communities of Ft Myers by exposing them to collegiate and vocational careers. Bryson describes three key areas of programming and education including E-STEM, Access to Social Capital, and Culturally Responsive Approach each used to discover young people’s gifts and talents.
